象城建筑2009年成立于广州，是一个深耕岭南历史城镇和村落的设计实践团队，以扎实的历史研究为基础，工作涵盖了文化遗产研究与评估、历史地段保护与更新、建筑遗产修缮与活化、参与式规划与社区营造、文化展示与创作，尝试用温和、谦虚的设计，治愈城镇和乡村的建成环境。
 
URBAN ELEPHANT ARCHITECTS is a design studio founded in Guangzhou, 2009, working continuously and deeply in historic towns and villages in South China. The studio takes historical researches seriously, works on the evaluation of the heritages, the conservation and regeneration of historic areas, the restoration and rehabilitation of the existing architectures, the participation and community buildings, exhibitions, cultural and creative industries. It aims to heal the built environment by using modest designs.
